Activate your license
After your payment is confirmed, your license key is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
The key is a single string in the format xxxx.yyyy, ready to copy and paste.
Activate in four steps
Open Apioni
Open the Apioni app you already have installed.
Open the key field
If your trial is still active, click Enter license key in the banner at the top. If your trial has already ended, the field appears right in the banner.
Paste the key from your email
Copy the entire key (xxxx.yyyy) and paste it into the field. The whole string, including the dot (.), is a single key.
Click Activate
When activation finishes, the banner disappears and the app switches to the full version.
The key is verified offline inside the app. Activation requires no internet connection and no account login, and the key is never sent anywhere.
If you didn't receive your key
When does the key arrive
Your license key is emailed to you after your purchase is confirmed. During business hours it usually arrives within a few hours, and within 24 hours at the latest. If it's taking longer, let us know at contact@fooai.io.
Check your spam and promotions folders first
License key emails are sometimes filed into the spam or promotions folder.
If you think you entered the wrong email address
Send the cardholder name and the date and time of payment to the contact email on our support page. We'll verify your purchase and resend the key to the correct address.
If it still hasn't arrived
Email the address you entered at checkout, along with your order number, to the contact email on our support page. You'll find the order number on the payment confirmation screen or in your card statement notification. Once we confirm it, we'll resend it right away.
If the key won't activate
Check that there's no trailing whitespace before or after the key, and that the entire string, including the dot (.), was entered. Double-clicking the key in your email may select only part of it, so it's safer to drag across the whole key to copy it. If it still doesn't work, reach out through our support page.
